1-3. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Scott, their laundry line is backing up, the clog started in the kitchen and got pushed to the laundry line, they are afraid the clog might start affecting elsewhere on the line.

Spoke to husband and thermostat just had a code come up that says alert code 31. Yesterday it just came on. Unit is unworkable now.
Within the hour. COD. Spoke to Edwin. 1 toilet is plugged up and then something in the shower isn't working... please confirm this, he said the small part that comes out of the wall in shower, something is wrong with it
Gardener putting in new sprinkler system on one side of house that’s never had one, outdoor faucet having trouble turning off water to house. He ended up turning it off, but now it's stuck and feels like it's gonna break when they turn it too much so they can't get the water back on and have no water right now.
The bathroom at the front of her house has a backed up toilet and her attempts at plunging it caused it to overflow a bit.
