(1-5) Warranty. Per Charlotte, the recently installed unit is working fine, but they think it is not sitting leveled/even and there's a rumbling noise when the unit is running. She wants to make sure nothing is wrong.
10-12. Time requested. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Jesse, they need to have their ac unit serviced. They also need a filter, I saw previous notes that it is a 16" filter.
Fernando: please provide this customer with 2 options for how they would like to take care of their current service agreement. 1. Would they like to keep paying for this service agreement until 8/9/26 2.Cancel the service agreement and pay the remaining $215.41 for todays service.
Told customer stoppage had nothing to do with build up. Customer said if he had known then he would have called a friend to clear it for $100. Told customer Jesse would call him when they come back and figure pricing from there.
1-5. Time requested. I spoke to Jung, they had an hvac unit installed last year with us and he is noticing a bunch of grease on the bottom tray and side panels and wants to have it checked out.
2-4. Time requested. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Lisa, they noticed a leak in their ceiling that is getting more and more prominent, they're not sure what is causing it.
8 - 12. Customer called back to reschedule. REQ August 20th.

This customer was very confused on our arrival says he didn’t call us. Was slightly upset for absolutely no reason. He said he called his friend to come do the work and he called someone else that was supposed to show up sometime in September. He was kind of old. The connection only took 2 seconds. I did not charge him for the work.
Arrival about 12. Broken pipe that is gushing water and they can't turn the water off or else their animals will be without water.
8 - 10. COD. Spoke to Rich. Toilet upstairs has leak going on from bottom, need to pull up and put new wax ring down. This is my best friend's parents, so you better be nice :) Please provide pricing before performing any work!!
(10-12) COD. Spoke with Victor. He said that his water main valve spigot is leaking in the front yard and would like to get it repaired. He also said that there's a bit of a leak in his backyard hose bibb that he would like check out as well. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
